By participating, purchasing in credits from FusionPOS, user agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the credit program available at FusionPOS. Users are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the credit terms and conditions.

1. FusionPOS reserves the right to disqualified users who have violated any of the program terms.
2. FusionPOS reserves the right to change the terms or conditions of credit and rewards credit program or terminate or your membership with FusionPOS at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
3. Any of free or paid credits may not be claimable for cash, and are not transferable to any other users.
4. FusionPOS's programs or features are not refund for any reason.
